Straight answers.
Is this a shop management system?
It's the admin layer of one — check-in, active jobs, notes, photos, invoice drafts, tasks, contacts and a finance view. It's not trying to be a 200-menu dealership DMS, and that's deliberate.
Does it create invoices automatically?
It creates invoice drafts from your spoken notes — parts, labor and totals structured into the right fields. A draft becomes an invoice only after you review and approve it. Nothing is sent to a customer automatically.
Can it replace my accounting software?
No, and it doesn't pretend to. The finance view gives an owner a clear daily picture — cash, card, expenses, supplier debt. Your accountant keeps their tools.
Does it include repair information?
Labor time guides, wiring diagrams and service procedures are available in beta. Coverage expands as we add licensed data sources, and we're honest in the product about what's verified and what isn't.
Who is this for?
Independent auto repair shops with roughly 1–10 people in Canada and the US — shops where the owner also answers the phone and does the books after hours.
Do I need to be technical?
If you can talk and tap, you're qualified. Check-in takes about a minute to learn; speaking notes takes zero. Pilot shops get hands-on setup from us.
Will AI talk to my customers?
No. Customer-facing things — invoices, messages — go out only after your review. The voice features are for you and your crew, on the shop floor.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your shop's data — customers, vehicles, jobs, finances — is stored securely, belongs to your shop, and isn't shared or sold.
What languages does it work in?
The interface works in 13 languages, including English, French, Spanish, Punjabi and Ukrainian. Voice notes can be spoken in your language — invoices come out clean and professional for your customer.
