These terms are between you and SEVEN DAYS BUSINESS INC. (Ontario Corporation Number 1000479027), Ontario, Canada. By creating an account or using NorthGarage AI you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a shop, you confirm you may bind that shop.

NorthGarage AI is administrative software for auto repair shops: vehicle check-in, records, estimates and invoices, tasks, suppliers and a finance view, with voice and AI assistance. It is not a diagnostic tool, an accountant, a tax adviser or a legal adviser.

The product is currently offered to a limited group of pilot shops at no charge. There is no subscription, no trial that converts into a paid plan, and no payment method on file. If we introduce paid plans, we will present the price and the renewal terms before you agree to anything, and cancelling will take no more steps than signing up did.

Labour times, service procedures, maintenance suggestions, recognised document fields and drafted messages are generated by AI from general knowledge. They can be wrong. They are drafts for a qualified person to check, and the app marks them as estimates. You remain responsible for what your shop quotes, charges, repairs and sends to a customer.

Your shop's records stay your shop's records. We process them to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and we do not sell them or use them to advertise to you.

Because you enter information about real people, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it, for telling your customers what you do with it, and for answering their requests. This matters most for two features: SMS reminders, which you may send only to customers who agreed to receive them, and the gate camera, which records vehicles entering your property. If you switch the camera on, you are responsible for posting visible notice at the entrance and for meeting the surveillance rules that apply where your shop is.

• Do not use the service to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights.
• Do not attempt to reach another shop's data, probe our systems, or work around access limits.
• Do not upload malware, or content you have no right to upload.
• Do not resell the service or present it as your own product.

If you or your shop received a private demonstration, pilot access, or other non-public preview of NorthGarage AI features, workflows, or product plans, that information is confidential. You agree not to use it, and not to give it to a developer, contractor, consultant, or AI coding tool, for the purpose of building or commissioning a product that copies NorthGarage AI's non-public workflow or functionality.

This does not stop you from using or switching to any other software, including a competing product, as long as you do not rely on our confidential demonstrations or pilot materials to build it. Information that is already public, that you already knew, or that you develop independently without using what we showed you privately is not covered by this section.

This is pilot software and it is provided as is, without warranty. We may change or discontinue features. You can stop using it and delete your shop at any time from inside the app; deletion works as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will explain why unless the law prevents us.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or CAD $100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The limit above applies only to our liability to you. It does not limit what you owe us if you breach Section 6, and does not limit our right to seek an injunction or other court order to stop such a breach.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute, without depriving a consumer of the protection of the law where they live.
